Fivo is the context layer for your AIs. It reads what your company already produces, meetings, email, chat, tickets, code reviews, CRM notes and documents, and turns it into a knowledge graph called the Brain. Your team asks the Brain questions inside Fivo, and any AI assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) reads the same graph over MCP.
The point is not another place to search. It is that your AI stops re-reading whole documents and conversations on every question and gets ready-made facts instead, each with a date and a source.
The three steps
Fivo works in the same order for every team.
1. Connect
You connect the sources your work lives in. Your meetings arrive as reports with a summary, chapters, tasks and participants (see Meeting reports). You can also connect email, Slack or Teams, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Notion, HubSpot and many more. See Connect your tools.
2. Graph
Fivo processes each source once, on the way in. It identifies people, companies, projects, decisions and commitments, links them, and records when each fact happened and where it came from. "Juan", "@jgarcia" and "the CTO at Acme" become the same person. See What the Brain knows.
3. Ask
You ask in plain language, in Fivo or from your AI assistant. The answer comes back as facts with sources, not as a wall of text. A typical answer costs a few hundred tokens instead of thousands. See Questions your AI can answer.
What makes it different from meeting notes
Meeting notes give you one summary per call. In Fivo, meetings are one source among several. The graph links a promise made on a call to the email that followed it, the ticket that tracks it and the pull request that shipped it. You ask about a client, a deal or a project, not about a meeting.
What makes it different from a search tool
Search returns documents and leaves the reading to you. The Brain returns facts: who promised what, by when, what was decided and why. It also keeps history, so it knows what still holds and what has changed.
Privacy is built in
Each company has its own isolated graph, hosted in the EU, and your data is never used to train models. Inside your company, the graph only shows each person what they could already see in the original tool. Your private email never reaches a colleague, and a Slack channel you are not in stays invisible to you. See Permissions: what your Brain can see.
Who uses it
Agencies use it to keep every client promise in one place. Sales teams use it to know the deal, not just the stage. Product teams link customer requests to the code that shipped. Coaches remember every student. Any team whose knowledge lives in conversations benefits.
