Fivo has a free plan, paid plans for individuals and teams, and an enterprise option. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page; this article explains how the plans behave.
The 14-day trial
Every verified sign-up starts a 14-day trial with full Business access. No card is needed, and during the trial you can invite as many team members as you want. The trial unlocks everything a paid plan does: the Brain, MCP for your AI assistants, unlimited sources and the daily consultant.
The trial belongs to the account that created the team. Members who join by invitation inherit the team's plan rather than getting a trial of their own.
Fivo shows the days left in the AI Brain view and warns you, in the app, in the Fivo chat, over MCP and by email, when three days or fewer remain.
When the trial ends
If you have not chosen a plan when the trial ends, the account returns to the free plan with its limits. Your graphs are frozen: you can still read them and your assistant can still see what is there, but no new material is added. Your sources stay connected and nothing is deleted.
Paying reactivates the graphs and processing resumes where it stopped. A graph that stays frozen and unpaid for a very long time is eventually purged, while the account itself stays alive. The retention period is long, measured in years.
Who pays
The organization owner pays, for every active member. A member who hits a paid feature sees a notice asking them to contact the owner by name; the owner sees the same notice with a payment link. Payment is handled by Stripe in a hosted checkout, and the price shown is before tax; tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
When you upgrade during the trial, the plan starts and is charged immediately.
Licences
Paid team plans are billed per licence. The team page shows licences in use and free. Adding members beyond your licences means adding licences; removing members frees them. During the trial licences are not limited.
Credits
Syncing and storing your company's knowledge never costs a credit. Credits are spent when you ask: in Fivo, or from Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and any other agent over MCP. Each plan includes a monthly amount, team plans pool credits across members, and credit packs are available on paid plans. The pricing page lists current amounts.
What differs between plans
Without stating numbers that may change, the shape is:
- Free: one user, unlimited sources, MCP for a single client, limited meeting hours and short retention of meeting media, consultant on demand only.
- Pro: for an individual or a very small team. Unlimited MCP clients, unlimited meeting hours, longer retention of meeting media and the daily proactive consultant.
- Business: one shared brain for the whole team. Pooled credits, spaces, roles and audit log, SSO and service accounts, longer retention.
- Enterprise: single-tenant graph in the EU, compliance paperwork, committed credits at a negotiated rate, a named account manager.
The Brain's initial build also depends on the plan: how many past documents are processed when you first connect. If the limit left documents out, the app says so, and a new build picks them up after an upgrade.
Checking your plan
Open the plan and billing page in settings to see your plan, trial end date, licences and invoices. Over MCP, your assistant can ask Fivo for the workspace plan; it returns the state (trial, active or free), the licences and price estimate, and for the owner the payment link.
Changing or cancelling
Plan changes are made from the billing page. Without an active subscription the account returns to the free plan; your graphs freeze as described above and resume if you pay again.
