The AI knowledge graph for venture capital funds

Every founder you've met, every signal they gave.

Fivo is an AI knowledge graph for small and mid-size VC funds, angel syndicates and accelerators. It captures pitch calls and partner meetings, and reads founder updates and intro emails. Then it links everything to the right founder, company and thesis. Ask “have we met this founder, and why did we pass?” and get the answer with its source.

Why do VC funds forget what they know?

Because half of what a fund knows was never written down. Why you passed, how the founder took the feedback, who made the intro: it lives in partners' heads and personal docs.

Why did we pass on this company last time?

When a company comes back a year later, nobody remembers the reasoning, or who led the call.

How do you track what portfolio founders committed to?

Monthly updates arrive by email and pile up. Nobody compares this month's plan with last month's promise.

Why does IC prep take a full day?

Someone rebuilds the company's history from emails, calls and memos before every committee.

How do new analysts learn the fund's pattern recognition?

Slowly. It lives in senior partners' heads, not in any system.

How it works

How does Fivo build the graph?

1

Connect

Add your calendar, email and CRM, such as Attio or HubSpot. Fivo joins pitch and partner calls itself.

2

Graph

Every call, update and email becomes linked facts on the right founder and company, each with a date and a source.

3

Ask

Ask in Fivo, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini over MCP.

Your AI, with full context

How does Fivo give your AI the fund's memory?

Ask an AI to prepare an IC memo and it only knows the deck you pasted in. Fivo gives it every pitch call, partner opinion and founder update as sourced facts: about 250 tokens instead of 8,000. Your AI reasons with the fund's full history on a company, not one document.

  • 87% fewer tokens per query
  • ~250 tokens instead of ~8,000
  • Under 1 second per answer

Example
In Claude, “Draft the IC memo for Northwind.” Claude pulls the 2025 pass reason, the new metrics and both partners' notes from Fivo.

Use cases

How do VC funds use Fivo every day?

Dealflow memory

Ask if the fund has met a founder before and get the date, the partner, what was discussed and why it didn't move forward. No more pitching a founder who already said no to you.

IC briefs in minutes

Before the meeting, Fivo assembles the founder's context, prior calls, partner opinions and comparable deals into one brief, with every point linked to its source.

Portfolio monitoring from founder updates

Fivo tracks what founders say about fundraising, hiring and burn across calls and monthly updates, and flags when the story changes.

LP updates drafted from the graph

Quarterly LP letters are drafted from board notes, updates and milestones already in the graph. Partners edit instead of compiling.

Analyst onboarding

New team members can ask about any thesis, pass or decision the fund has made, and learn the fund's judgement in weeks.

Network intros

Find who in your network has solved a founder's problem, and track every intro you promised.

Ask your graph

What can you ask Fivo about your dealflow?

Ask Fivo

“Have we met the founders of Northwind?”

Fivo answers

Yes. Laura met them on 12 June 2025 at pre-seed. You passed because traction was too early (€8k MRR). They're now raising a seed at €1.2M ARR, three times last year's figure.

Ask Fivo

“Which portfolio companies mentioned raising in the next six months?”

Fivo answers

Three: Initech (Series A in Q1), Hooli (bridge, said in the 4 Sep board call) and Acme (exploring, monthly update for August).

Ask Fivo

“What intros did we promise this month?”

Fivo answers

Five. Two are overdue: Acme to a fintech CFO (promised 2 Sep) and Hooli to a US VC (promised 10 Sep).

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Fivo replace our VC CRM?
No. Your CRM tracks the pipeline stages. Fivo captures what was said, why decisions were made and what founders committed to, and links that back to your CRM records.
Is founder data kept confidential?
Yes. Each fund's graph is isolated, hosted in the EU and GDPR compliant. You can delete any person's data on request.
Can partners keep some calls private?
Yes. Calls and spaces can be kept private to one partner or to a team.
Does it read pitch decks?
Yes. Upload decks, memos or any other document, and Fivo links them to the right company.
Is Fivo worth it for a small fund?
Yes. Small funds lose the most when one partner holds the context.
How much does it cost?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full Pro access and no card. See the pricing page for the current plans.
