Notwithstanding, FIVO AI will delete personal data within a period of 1 MONTH from the deletion of the registered user's account. At this point, it should be noted that, in order to prevent the deleted user account from being reused to register again and enjoy the free trial period offered by this platform, FIVO AI will only store the user's email in an anonymized and secured manner.

However, FIVO AI will retain records containing personal data when there is evidence that the documents may be relevant in any current or future legal proceedings (for example, invoices, failed payment notifications, conversations between the parties, etc.) and to establish, exercise, or defend the legal rights of this entity.

6. How does FIVO AI protect your personal information?

FIVO AI will implement reasonable TECHNICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND SECURITY MEASURES to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information and the personal data you have provided.

FIVO AI will store all personal information you provide in the Cloud, under contracts with cloud service providers that are certified in Information Security and have extensive experience and track record in information storage.

All electronic financial transactions made by you through our website will be duly protected and processed through one of our trusted providers specialized and experienced in electronic payments, who holds the appropriate Information Security certifications.

It is important to note that the transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure and FIVO AI cannot guarantee 100% the security of your data transmitted over the Internet.

FIVO AI respects Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It will only use data that is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features.

Regarding the CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE PASSWORD you have used to access the FIVO AI website, we ask that you please keep and protect it properly. FIVO AI will only ask for your password when you log in to our website.

The use our application makes of information received from other APIs we communicate with, including Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Zoom, Confluence, JIRA, etc., will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
