Agencies & consultancies
Every client, every call, every promise, remembered by the whole team.
Fivo is an AI knowledge graph for agencies and consultancies. It connects your client calls, email and the tools you already use, then links everything to the right client: what was agreed, what was delivered and what's still open. Anyone on the team, or any AI assistant, can ask about an account and get a sourced answer in seconds.

Because it lives in people, not in a system. The account lead remembers the history, the call that changed the brief, and the extra that was agreed “just this once”. When that person is on holiday or leaves, the agency starts again from zero.
Years of client context leave with them. The new lead spends weeks re-reading Slack and Drive, and the client notices.
Small extras get agreed on calls and never written down. By the end of the quarter they add up to unbilled hours nobody can prove.
Someone rebuilds the week from calls, threads and tickets before every status email.
Usually you don't, until the renewal call. The signals were there: slower replies, a new stakeholder, a mention of budget.
What Fivo builds for you
| In your graph | Where it comes from | What you can do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Clients and stakeholders | Calls, Gmail or Outlook, HubSpot | See who decides, who influences and who went quiet |
| Deliverables and SOW items | ClickUp, Asana, monday.com, Trello, Jira, Notion | Compare what was sold with what is being done |
| Promises and deadlines | Calls, email | See every “I'll send it tomorrow” with an owner and a date |
| Scope changes | Calls, email | Find every extra agreed outside the SOW, with the quote |
| Decisions | Calls, Notion, Confluence | See why the brief changed and who approved it |
| Account signals | All sources | Get flagged on budget mentions, procurement, silence |
How it works
Add your email, CRM and project tool, such as HubSpot, Notion or ClickUp. Fivo joins your calls itself, and imports past calls from Fathom or Fireflies.
Every conversation becomes linked facts: client, person, promise, decision. Each fact carries a date and its source, and nothing is duplicated.
Ask in plain language inside Fivo, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini over MCP.
Integrations
Connect one and the graph starts building from your next call.
Your AI, with full context
Today, asking AI to draft a client update means pasting in calls, threads and briefs until the context window runs out, and it still misses half. Fivo gives your AI the client's facts already structured: promises, decisions, people and deadlines, each with its source. A typical answer costs about 250 tokens instead of 8,000. Your AI can hold every client in context and still have room to think.
Example
In Claude, “Write Acme's monthly update.” Claude pulls the month's deliverables, open promises and scope changes from Fivo, and drafts the update with sources.
Use cases
A new account lead asks the graph for the client's history, key people, open promises and recent decisions. They walk into the next call knowing what the previous lead knew, and the client never has to repeat themselves.
Fivo drafts the weekly update from the calls, tickets and messages of the last seven days. Every line links back to its source, so the account lead only edits instead of rebuilding the week.
Every extra agreed on a call is logged against the client's scope with the exact quote and the date. At month end you know what to bill, what to push back on and what to include in the next proposal.
Before every client call, Fivo prepares one page: what was promised, what shipped, what's still open and what the client raised last time. Five minutes of reading replaces thirty minutes of scrolling.
Fivo flags accounts that go quiet, mention budget cuts, bring in procurement or change their main contact, weeks before the renewal conversation.
New hires ask the graph about any client in plain language instead of reading months of Slack. They contribute in their first week.
Ask your graph
Ask Fivo
“What did we promise Acme this month that hasn't been delivered?”
Fivo answers
Three items: the revised homepage mockups (Laura, 12 Sep call), the Q4 media plan (due Friday), and access to the analytics dashboard (agreed by email, 3 Sep).
Ask Fivo
“Has Acme asked for anything outside the SOW?”
Fivo answers
Yes, twice: two extra landing pages (call, 5 Sep) and weekly reporting instead of monthly (email, 18 Sep). Neither has been billed.
Ask Fivo
“Which accounts look at risk?”
Fivo answers
Two of 14. Northwind hasn't replied in 21 days, and Globex mentioned “reviewing all suppliers” on Tuesday's call.
