Pipedrive keeps your deals moving through stages. Connecting it lets the Brain place every call, email and meeting on the right deal and answer pipeline questions with the deal's stage, value and history behind each one.
What it adds to your Brain
Fivo reads your Pipedrive deals and the material logged around them:
- The deal: title, stage, value and currency, expected close date and owner.
- The organization and the person linked to the deal, with name, email and the organization's domain.
- Notes written on deals, organizations and people.
- Logged activities: calls, meetings, emails and other activity types, with who logged them and when.
Each deal becomes a thread, and notes and activities are placed on the deal, organization or person they belong to. Facts keep a link to the Pipedrive record. Example question: "What did we promise Acme on the last call logged in Pipedrive, and is the deal still in the proposal stage?"
Before you start
- You need a Pipedrive user who can see the deals, people and organizations you want Fivo to read. Installing a marketplace app may require admin rights in your company; if the authorization page says so, ask an admin to connect.
- When you approve Fivo, Pipedrive asks for permission to read your deals, to read and manage contacts and activities, to read users, and to manage webhooks. Writing to contacts and activities is only used when you share a meeting report or action items to Pipedrive as activities; the webhook permission lets Pipedrive tell Fivo when something changes. Reading for the Brain never modifies your data.
Step by step
- Open Integrations in the app and choose Pipedrive.
- Click Connect. Pipedrive opens its authorization page.
- Sign in to Pipedrive and approve the permissions.
- Fivo confirms the connection, records your Pipedrive company on its own and registers a webhook so changes arrive live.
- Optionally, choose a Person. This is the Pipedrive person activities are linked to when you share a meeting report or tasks. It does not limit what the Brain reads.
What happens next
Fivo reads your deals, then your notes, then your activities, and the Pipedrive source in the AI Brain view moves from queued to reading to done.
After the first read, new notes and activities arrive live through the webhook Fivo registered. A deal change is announced live too, but Pipedrive's event names the stage, organization and person only by id, so the updated deal header is completed on the next regular sync pass. The sync pass also catches anything the webhook missed.
Who can see what: with organization scope, Pipedrive material is readable by the people who are active users in your Pipedrive company, matched by email to your organization's members. Fivo does not evaluate Pipedrive visibility groups, so on plans where a deal can be hidden from a listed user, that user is still counted as a reader. See Permissions: what your Brain can see.
Disconnect
Open Integrations, select Pipedrive and click Disconnect. Fivo removes the webhook it registered in Pipedrive, stops reading and deletes the stored credentials. What the Brain already learned stays in the graph; connecting the same company again resumes reading. To remove Pipedrive material from the graph, use Remove from graph on the Pipedrive source in the AI Brain view.
Troubleshooting
- "Reconnect to read". The connection expired or was revoked in Pipedrive, or it was made before reading was available. Click Reconnect and approve again.
- Nothing appears yet. The first pass walks deals, notes and activities in turn. Check the source in the AI Brain view; "Queued to read" means it has not started.
- Changes do not arrive live. If the webhook could not be registered, Fivo still reads on the regular pass. Reconnecting registers the webhook again.
- A deal is missing. Fivo only reads what the connecting user can see in Pipedrive.
