HighLevel (GoHighLevel) holds your contacts, the conversations you have with them and the opportunities you work. Connecting a sub-account gives the Brain all of that, threaded by contact, so your AI can answer about a lead with every message and appointment behind it.

What it adds to your Brain

Fivo reads one HighLevel sub-account (location):

  • Opportunities: name, stage and pipeline, value, owner and the contact and company they belong to.
  • Contacts and the notes written on them.
  • Conversations: the messages exchanged with each contact, inbound and outbound.
  • Tasks on contacts.
  • Appointments from your calendars, linked to the contact.

Each opportunity is its own thread; notes, messages, tasks and appointments are placed on the contact they belong to. Example question: "Which leads replied this week but have no appointment booked yet?"

Before you start

  • Fivo connects to a sub-account, not to an agency. You need a user with access to that sub-account; an agency user who installs the app will be asked to pick the sub-account to install it into.
  • When you approve Fivo, HighLevel asks for read-only access to contacts, conversations and their messages, opportunities, calendars and calendar events, locations and their tasks, users and businesses. Fivo asks for nothing it can write with.

Step by step

  1. Open Integrations in the app and choose HighLevel.
  2. Click Connect. HighLevel opens its authorization page.
  3. Sign in, choose the sub-account you want to connect, and approve the permissions.
  4. Fivo confirms the connection and records the sub-account on its own. There is nothing else to pick: the sub-account is the source.

What happens next

Fivo reads the sub-account in order: opportunities, then contacts and their notes, then conversations, tasks and appointments. HighLevel limits how fast an app may read, so Fivo paces itself and resumes when HighLevel asks it to wait. In the AI Brain view the HighLevel source moves from queued to reading to done.

After the first read, activity arrives live: HighLevel notifies Fivo of new notes, inbound and outbound messages, tasks and appointments, and Fivo stores them straight away. Opportunity changes are picked up on the regular sync pass, which also re-reads the sub-account to catch anything the notifications missed.

Who can see what: with organization scope, HighLevel material is readable by the people who are users of that sub-account, matched by email to members of your organization. See Permissions: what your Brain can see.

Disconnect

Open Integrations, select HighLevel and click Disconnect. Fivo stops reading the sub-account and deletes the stored credentials. What the Brain already learned stays in the graph; connecting the same sub-account again resumes reading. To take HighLevel material out of the graph, use Remove from graph on the HighLevel source in the AI Brain view. You can also uninstall the app from HighLevel's side; Fivo then stops receiving its events.

Troubleshooting

  • The connection shows as invalid right after connecting. The app was installed at agency level. Connect again and pick a sub-account.
  • "Reconnect to read". The token was revoked in HighLevel, for example by uninstalling the app. Click Reconnect and approve again.
  • Nothing appears yet, or the source seems paused. HighLevel rate limits reads; Fivo waits and resumes on its own. A sub-account with many conversations takes several passes.
  • Messages from a contact are missing. Fivo reads the conversations the connected sub-account can see. Check that the contact belongs to that sub-account.
